January Fitness Kick or real life Change?

Written by: Mike Hendricks

Category: Exercise

We were down at the temple of Holistic fitness yesterday morning for our Kettlebell Fit & firm session.

It was a busy session.

In the run up to Christmas and the new year the session numbers were a little light.

People tend to get a little ‘distracted’ in December.

Anyhow, January is here and the annual surge to get fit kicks into gear in full effect.

So my questions to you is….

Are you ‘January jogger’ on a temporary fitness Kick or ready for real change?

I would encourage you  to pursue the latter.

See it as kind of a long-term lifestyle change.
To experience real benefit, change has to be long-term.

I remember when I use to work at the commercial gym LA fitness, In January the Gym used to be packed.

It was like every man and his dog was there. It use to piss off the regulars who struggled to get on certain gym equipment because it was so busy.

The regulars would commit to come all year round, but in January would get very annoyed with the people who just came for the first 8 weeks of the year.

You may be able to relate. following-the-crowd

However, you don’t have to follow the crowd and go crazy in January.

Just make a commitment to look after yourself “consistently” throughout the year.

You don’t have to exercise and diet every day. Learn to find a balance in our life that suits you.

My clients that attend the KFF sessions know all about balance.
Many of them are busy moms who need to juggle their time between looking after the children and working.

So exercising and dieting all the time is just not possible.
They understand by adopting the mantra “little & consistently”
They can lead a healthy balanced life.

You can join us and find out for yourself when you come along to our KFF weight loss program.

Give it a try, you may be surprised at your results.

Let me know how you get on. Leave a comment and remember to share with your people.
