23 Things you must start doing ‘Today’ to help start losing weight and feeling better

I was looking through some old documents yesterday when I found some old notes from a course I attended a couple of years back. The notes listed things that we had to ask the client, when holing a consultation, in order to help us gather information about them.

 

It got me thinking, Lists are good for making information digestible and easy to take on board. So in true Mike fashion, I’ve listed something’s for you that you can do as of today…well most of them

 

Read on…

 

1.     Get at least 8 hours of Sleep. You’ll help your body recover better and feel more alert

2.     Drink water. At least 2-4 liters a day. If you want simple health tip, try this one

3.     Don’t use a microwave to cook food

4.     Go for a brisk walk. Walking is good for the soul!

5.     Detox and cleanse your body

6.     Make love if not give someone a BIG Hug.

7.     Eliminate all processed foods

8.     Get out in the sun and have a good source of Vitamin D

9.     Get a pet (Not a puppy though they are hard work!!)

10.  Balance your Hormones. Hormone balance is essential if you want to trim you belly fat and loose that pear shape.

11.  Use a ‘quality supplement’. I recommend Touchstone essentials. The are made from natural largely organic wholefood product-not synthetic like many Vitamins and supplements

12.  Call a friend and have a good catch up and laugh

13.  Meditate. Try Yoga or Pilates

14.  Eat more Raw food

15.  Stop counting calories

16.  Reduce the amount of stress in your life

17.  Tell someone you love them (make sure you mean it)

18.  Stop doing things you don’t like. I know it sounds hard, but you should try to stop or at least minimize it if it doesn’t make you feel good

19.  Try something new

20.  Exercise at least 3 times a week

21.  Start exercising correctly. If you’re not sure what to do ask a pro for some tips and what is the best exercise to do.

22.  Smile-try this one right away and see how you feel

23.  Eat fresh food. If you can, eat as much fresh food as possible frozen is ok but fresh is much better for your body.

 

And because I like you so much I’m going to give you 2 bonus tips….!

25.  Do your best to be consistence with your exercise and eating habits, whatever they are. Even if you just exercise once a week. Try to keep doing it.

 

Ok, the 24th tip I listed is not essential, but could be helpful. But what I will promise is if you do ANY of the other tips I’ve listed above, you will be making a big improvement in your life that will help you to become healthier, lose weight and Feel much better.
