The courses we run are small, intimate and offer a unique personal experience.
Unlike many other Pilates courses and studios they focus on quantity rather that quality.
You may have been to an exercise class like this yourself where there are 15-20 people all crammed into room.
This does not lead to the participant having a good quality and beneficial Pilates session.
Pilates needs to be done with accuracy and precision to get maximum benefit.
So our session are kept small so you can get maximum attention and feel more comfortable.
